Under the experienced leadership of LCT CEO Master Chief Larry Wilske, our U.S. H.A.R.T. is making progress better understanding how to use our LCT CAGE Code: 7YN97 DUNS:080765999 HART-P3 Hurricane Emergency Seaport E Teaming IDIQ Contract# N00178-14-D-7503, approved by Stacy M. McQuage [email protected], and maximizing the use of the local workforce.

Master Chief Wilske has identified several key (immediate and long-term) strategic logistic mobilization priorities, which we are focused on too expedite delivery of urgent Puerto Rico (78 municipalities)and U.S. Virgin Island’s (3 islands) needs, i.e.:

Food and clean water

Medical supplies and medicines wellness centers

Women and teenage girls’ personal hygiene supplies

Single Mothers baby care products

Debris removal, remediation, and environment abatement

Temporary housing and blue tarps

Emergency urban and rural electric energy

Emergency urban and rural telecommunications service restored

Infrastructure restoration

Additionally, being that we would like to use the University of Puerto Rico and the University of Virgin Islands as our primary H.A.R.T.-P3 Headquarters, we will need to restore the Universities major damages in the process. While during a catastrophic disaster virtuous patience is a challenge, our patient tenacity is required to adhere to all Government Procurement Regulations transparency, ethical, integrity driven processes100%. Godspeed towards our continued good works, and God bless the Families of Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
